FILLING LINE # 2.2 |

This filling line is automatic equipment for packaging of liquid and cream like products, which consists of the series of fillers, which are synchronized with other machines of the line, like capping machine. All this additional equipment works synchronically and is a single regulated mechanism. The principle of the operation is the following:
Hand put (by the operator #1) container moves along the conveyor (8) to the second cutter (11) going under the filling mechanism (10), where the valve works. Pneumatic cylinder (15) performs the filling function (four bottles at a time). Then the filled containers move further along the conveyor. The operator (2) puts the cap by hand, and then works the capping machine. The capped jars go to the waiting area.
