Automatic filling is an automatic machine, which is used for filling liquid and viscous products such as juices, wines, milk, vegetable oil, water-alcohol solutions, honey, sour cream, mayonnaise, tomato paste. Filling is done into polymeric, glass or other containers which is automatically delivered to the filling segment by the conveyor. The construction of the machine ensures smooth regulation of the filling speed.
- Volumetric piston method of dozing guarantees high filling accuracy
- Drain connections are made of stainless steel and equipped with the node cutting away the final drop that excludes the dripping of the product on the conveyor and containers.
- Mechanism of the smooth lifting of the drain connections from the bottom of the container prevents the foaming of the product.
- Speed regulation of the connection lifting excludes the sinking of connections to the product.
- The conveyor is equipped with movement speed regulator, which allows finding the best work mode, resetting the machine to other container types.
All the processes in the automatic filler are controlled by the logic module and do not require the operator. The nodes contacting with the product are made of corrosion resistant materials, allowed to use in food, chemical, perfume industry. On requet of the customer it is possible to make:
the whole machine from the stainless steel, and other corrosion resistant alloys, titanium. It could be made in hazard mode.
