Volumetric piston pneumatic filler which is used for filling neutral and aggressive liquids, emulsions, solutions, non abrasive products (water, alcohol, sauce, acid, ketchup, sour cream, vegetable oil, and similar by consistency products). This filler is used in pharmacy, perfume, food, chemical industries.
In fillers of this series the complete parts of such leading brands as CAMOZZI, ABB, FESTO, and MOTOVARIO are used.
While manufacturing our specialists choose the most appropriate chemical materials that contact with product packaged which ensures the high indicators of accuracy and increases the motor resource.
For the convenience of operation all the models of this series have smooth capacity regulation.
Piston sealing:
U-like PTFE seals with metal external spring are recommended for packing of the hydraulic liquids: oil, water, steam, solvent, varnish-and-paint solutions, pharmaceutical materials, and other liquids that do not corrode the stainless steel. The range of temperatures allowable is -200C to +260C.
By-pass valve:
By-pass valve is made of stainless steel, allowable for usage with all environments that do not corrode stainless steel.
Drain connection:
Is manufactured for the containers the customer uses for packing. The constructors take into consideration all peculiarities and chose the most appropriate solution judging by the inside diameter of the container throat and the height of the container. If necessary the filler can be equipped with the valve preventing the dripping of the product.
Filler shell:
1. This is a high-precision metallic construction covered with durable epoxy enamel, resistant to chemical and mechanic effects (can be made of stainless steel);
2. Ensures the stable operation during the self-life;
Block of doze regulation:
1. Ensures the smooth regulation
2. Allows specifying the needed amount of s doze related to the scale.
