Filler of the DOP-Y series (volumetric piston pneumatic universal) is used for packaging of viscous, gel components. You may easily reset this configuration of the machine for liquid products filling. This equipment is used for packing not only neutral, but also aggressive products, like paste, viscous, cream-like products (cream, sauce, ketchup, sour cream, honey, and other similar by its consistency products). This filler is used in pharmacy, perfume, food, chemical industries.
In fillers of this series the complete parts of such leading brands as CAMOZZI, ABB, FESTO, and MOTOVARIO are used.
STANCO piston fillers can be easily set into any automatic line. On request of the customer filling machines can be equipped with additional parts
1. bunker (with or without heating of the product)
2. mixer
3. foot lever
4. special equipment preventing drop creation
5. foam suppressor, used for the packaging of foaming liquids.
Operating on the automatic mode the machine can fill up to 2500 bottles or jars per hour; semi automatic machine fills up to 1500 bottles/hour. The models can be equipped with the control block that allows to regulate the dozes in the operation process, and eliminates difficult resetting.
While manufacturing our specialists choose the most appropriate chemical materials that contact with product packaged which ensures the high indicators of accuracy and increases the motor resource.
